The top of the box for this item says, "The Pick of the Chips, from a company of VISHAY, DALE, Thick Film Chip Resistor Design Kit, contains standard values available from Dale stock." It's from Dale Electronics, Inc. 2300 Riverside Blvd., Norfolk, NE 68701, the label on the side says this set is type "CRCW1206-102A 60/40 DALE 2A Chip". "Phil Wrobel" is written in marker twice on the top of the box and once on the front. Inside the box, 28 of 29 strips of chips are still in unopened, sealed packages. One strip has no package and one chip is missing from the strip leaving 100. One slot in the box is empty, there may have been 30 packages originally. The contents of the packages are as follows:

PAYMENT:: US Postal Money Orders are preferred. We will also accept CASH, other money orders, and cashier's checks. If you would like to pay with your credit card, we will send you a PayPal invoice.
SHIPPING:: Everything is packed to ensure your merchandise leaves here in perfect condition or in the condition that it was listed as and that it stays that way in transit. There is no charge on any of our postcards for shipping 1st Class Mail, buyer pays for shipping if another method is preferred. Buyer to pay shipping & handling on all other items. Depending on the size of the items, multiple purchases can be combined and shipped together for savings on shipping charges. Most of our smaller items, except postcards, are sent Priority Mail and all of our larger items are sent FedEx Ground or UPS Ground unless other shipping arrangements are made by the buyer.
